Short films offer a wide range of possibilities and challenges that motivate the filmmakers to hone their cinematic language, to experiment and find their unique imprint. This is Cinema South Festival's second competition of short, independent, cross-genre Israeli films that provides a platform for the future generation of Israeli cinema.
