In the framework of the Erasmus+ IFI Capacity Building Project, Mr. Amiad Gurewitz (CPA, Department of Economics and Head of the Financial Clinic at the Sapir eXlab) and Dr. Dan Kaufman (Academic Director of the Sapir eXlab) visited Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain.

IFI Project aims to systematically align the Israeli higher education system with global changes and develop new capacities for inclusive social finance on three levels: (a) Eco-system & Infrastructure (b) Academy-Industry Cooperation (c) Research, Teaching & Training

The purpose of the visit to Bilbao was to introduce the Israeli consortium members to the University of Deusto’s summer school program in ESG Finance, develop theoretical and conceptual knowledge on the design and implementation of summer school frameworks in multicultural global and local contexts and to interpret and discuss academic and practical aspects of establishing short-term programs on Sustainable Finance.

The IFI project is coordinated at Sapir by Dr. Amit Marantz Gal, Head of Academic Internationalization.
