Sapir's Public Administration and Policy Department in collaboration with the Southern District of the Ministry of Education is launching a new MA degree in Policy in Education. The program will cultivate educational leadership; equip them to deal professionally, responsibly and creatively with the challenges of the education system, in all its streams throughout Israel, with a focus on the Southern District of the Ministry of Education.

The new program is suitable for anyone who wants to work in the field of education.  The MA in Policy in Education has been designed especially for leading educators, who are committed to continue to contribute to a quality educational system, and to the growth and success of the next generation of the State of Israel.

Participants will be equipped with a toolbox adapted to the complex reality, based on research, educational theory and analytical tools; developed in the studies of policy, politics, economics, ethics and leadership, together with advanced management courses. This toolbox will correspond with the operations of Israel's education system, while dealing with the main issues that are on its agenda.
